Step 1: Select to run the backup once per month, once every other week, every week, or every day.
Step 2: Select backup type: MySQL, GZIP, or Safe Mode (GoDaddy).
Step 3: Choose during which days of the week the backup will run. To have the backup run every day, select "every week" and check every day of the week.
Step 4: Choose during which hours of the day the backup will run. Please note that you must have visitors to your site during those hours in order for the backup to run. The backup will run a maximum of once per day.
Step 5: Enter your email address, and choose if the backup tool should notify you via email on backup errors, backup warnings and cautions, or every time the backup tool runs. To not receive emails, just leave your the email box blank.
